Mary Jane Haley is a professional teacher and storyteller who has been entertaining children throughout Chicagoland for more than fifteen years. As Mother Goose, Mary Jane has appeared in kindergarten and first-grade classrooms, libraries, pre-schools, day care centers, park districts, and more! Her programs offer puppetry, poetry, creative dramatics, and unbounded enthusiasm by a qualified teacher/storyteller.
Mary Jane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. She spent many years teaching pre-K, kindergarten, and 1st grade throughout Germany and Illinois. Mary Jane has two daughters, Sara and Martha, and lives in Downers Grove with her husband, Jim.
